About me
Hi my name is Angela I’ve been an instructor since July 2006 . I started teaching in London where I used to live. I passed my test in 1986, I was a bus driver for 10 years all around London which I also enjoyed. When I first turned 17 I couldn’t wait to learn to drive and have loved it ever since. I love teaching beginners and students at different levels. It’s great to see how pupils improve on each lesson and get nearer to gaining their full licence and ultimately seeing how happy they are when they pass. I still remember to this day how I felt when I passed my driving test. It was fantastic and opened up so many new doors! In addition, I also passed my motorbike test in 1994 and really enjoy riding.
As a teacher and person I have been told I have a good sense of humour and like to have a laugh but do take teaching driving seriously. However lessons are always given in a patient and relaxed atmosphere.
Personally, I am a mum with an 11 year old son who already knows too much about cars I think I will need to hide my keys when he’s a bit older just in case he is tempted to take it for a spin. I also enjoy going to the gym and trying to keep fit. My hobbies include: swimming, cycling, cooking, going to the cinema, listening to music, and socialising with friends.
